Therapy is a space to explore the patterns shaping your relationships, intimacy, and sense of self. Maybe you find yourself repeating dynamics that don’t work, struggling with connection, or carrying emotions that feel too big to name. Perhaps you’re navigating conflicting desires, attachment wounds, or questions about identity. I help people understand how past experiences, unconscious beliefs, and relational histories influence the way they love, trust, and connect. When we slow down and make sense of these patterns, you can move toward relationships and intimacy that feel more fulfilling and aligned with your true values.

I take a psychodynamic and social justice approach, exploring deeper internal and external forces at play. I help individuals, couples, and polycules untangle communication, intimacy, and sexual dynamics. As a humanistic therapist, I can help you nurture growth in desire, communication, and identity with genuine care and without judgment.

LGBTQ+ folks, people practicing ethical nonmonogamy, and neurodivergent individuals have a safe and affirming space here. If your experiences don’t fit conventional narratives, therapy can be an opportunity to explore what intimacy, connection, and authenticity mean for you. You don’t need all the answers to start; you just need a willingness to be curious.
